In Project 3488, we created a true showpiece home centered around expansive, light-filled living spaces. The project begins in a vast open living room, where new flooring and recessed lighting immediately set a warm, modern tone. From there, the design flows seamlessly into a sprawling kitchen that balances function and elegance. A massive breakfast bar anchors one end of the kitchen, while a built-in, table-height dining area defines the opposite side. Dark grey shaker-style cabinets, accented with brass hardware, add a refined contrast and subtle sophistication.

Beyond the kitchen, the renovation opens into a bright and inviting sunroom. Large open-panel windows flood the space with natural light, creating a perfect setting for both relaxation and gathering. At one end, a contemporary fireplace provides a striking focal point, while a custom wet bar and coffee station at the other end ensure both comfort and convenience. Together, these spaces form a cohesive and impressive transformation that blends style, warmth, and functionality.
